Outpatient Mental Health
Outpatient services are delivered to individuals, couples and families who have current symptoms of mental illness. Persons may also be experiencing a substantial change/deterioration in independent functioning, having a high level of personal distress, which may require crisis intervention services to achieve stabilization. Services offered include intensive comprehensive out-patient counseling for children and adolescent, counseling and psychiatric services for the elderly, marriage and family counseling, divorce adjustment counseling, grief counseling crisis services, Peer Support Services, and individual counseling focusing on life adjustments. Within the outpatient program, we also provide Psychiatric services. The Agency contracts with Dr. Philip Woerner to provide medication monitoring 2-3 times a month. We also are contracting with Veronica Williams to provide medication monitoring.
New Hope Program
New Hope Program is an intensive 90 day mental health services to provide pre-admission screening, crisis stabilization and follow-up to children/adolescents with a mental illness or emotional disorder who are at risk of psychiatric hospitalization. Services also include making referrals to medical physician or psychiatrist for assessments. Services provided to the individual and families is counseling, case management, community support, psychiatric referral, groups, and summer camps. We also provide Family Resource Developers (FRD’s),that work closely with the parents and/or guardians and offer support.
Located in Cass and Morgan Counties. Services provided for all area counties.
